BEFORE DISPATCH
Cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or dispatched may be considered.

AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the order may need to be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
